Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute (LRRI) is a private biomedical research organization dedicated to improving public health through research on respiratory disease; biodefense countermeasures; environmental toxicology and human health; and mental illness and brain disorders. The Institute readily opens its unique research facilities to external collaborators who are in pursuit of discovering new therapies and preventive treatments to disease.

Lovelace Scientific Resources (LSR) is an independent clinical trials company that maintains centralized services and collaborates with our network of clinical trial sites throughout the United States. With the participation of study volunteers, LSR works to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new medical treatments, drugs and devices. LSR is also home to LSR Diagnostics who, in partnership with Mako Medical, provides CLIA certified diagnostic testing.

The Mind Research Network is dedicated to the discovery and advancement of clinical solutions for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and other brain disorders. MRN consists of an interdisciplinary association of scientists located at universities, national laboratories and research centers around the world and is focused on imaging technology and its emergence as an integral element of neuroscience investigation.

The Salzman Group is a boutique contract service organization that advances clients’ drug development projects towards clinical proof of concept. Andrew L. Salzman, M.D. serves as Lovelace’s Director of Translational Science.
